Introducing No-Code Alert Creation

โ€

Now you can create Alerts on Locale in a breeze! No coding skills are required - simply set up your Alerts through our all-new drag-and-drop interface, assign them to your teams and let the magic happen.

We've made it so simple, even your not-so-technical friends will want to try it!

Dynamic Alerts for Dynamic Teams: Introducing Automatic Incident Assignment

โ€

Now dynamically assign alerts to your teams

โ€

With this new addition, you can now create alerts and automatically assign them to specific people or groups.

Here's how it works: Locale will extract email addresses from the SQL responses and group the data by unique email addresses. This creates separate incidents for each user identified from the data.

This feature is a game-changer for large-sized teams, as it streamlines the process of assigning alerts and ensures that incidents are handled efficiently. Plus, it saves you tonnes of time and effort by eliminating the need for manual assignment of incidents.

Yes, Locale is getting smarter with each passing day!

Announcing Snowflake connector

You can now easily connect your Snowflake database to Locale, just like you can with other connectors like Postgres and MySQL. You can read more about connecting your Snowflake database in this article.

Introducing Resolution Time Estimates

Finally, we're introducing resolution time estimates. Your teams can now pick an estimated time to resolve an incident, eliminating guesswork and helping ops managers stay in the loop about when issues will be resolved.

We're always looking for ways to improve our platform, so if you have any suggestions for upcoming releases, we'd love to hear them! Just leave a comment by clicking on the messenger icon in the bottom right corner of this page, and we'll make it happen.

Thank you for choosing Locale! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
